They were punctual, very pleasant, extremely hard-working —-and solved a problem so quickly I couldn’t believe it. They weren’t even daunted by a 20-page installation instruction booklet that looked like hieroglyphics to me. Yan and Oleg arrived on time, carefully removed all the old baseboards without damaging the walls or flooring, and quickly sourced the right replacements.
