Wood Floor Installation

This project was completed right after the new homeowners purchased the house. We replaced the old carpet with 900 sq ft of new engineered hardwood flooring across 5 rooms. The work included removing the carpet, grinding and applying self-leveling compound on the first floor, removing and adjusting joists on the second floor to achieve a perfectly even surface on both levels. After leveling, we installed the engineered hardwood, added 300 linear feet of new baseboards, and finished with transition lanes and end caps for a clean, professional look.
